They deserve more than 5 stars!! Rooms were clean, and comfortable and up to date. Staff was amazing! We needed to break some larger bills and the staff was willing to go to their car and give us change from their own pockets to help, that's going above and beyond! Of course we declined. Great hit breakfast! Free shuttle service to and from airport, the shuttle driver was so kind and friendly as well! Will definitely stay here again!!
We had a great stay here before our cruise. Room was clean and large! The beds were comfortable EXCEPT the pillows were awful. The bathroom shower area was very dark. I would definitely stay here again! The free shuttle to local restaurants is a real plus!

I've gone to this hotel once a year for the past 10 years, they always had clean rooms and the whole place just felt safe. And the employees are always nice as can be and funny too. And this is a hotel that can give you a bus to the airport or from the airport. The food is lovey.
Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were all very customer service focused and met our every need. The shuttle driver, Stephanie, is a super star. We had a bit of down time between our flights and our cruse, and she happily took us to several locations for shopping and dining. She is a delight! The front desk staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room and the entire facility was spotless.
We stayed before and after a cruise. Since we'd been in Fl a few days, we had a few sodas and 2 beers that we didn't get to. They kept it on hand for our return stay--cold, no less! We got to the hotel around 10am after getting off the ship. They checked our bags and then took us to a nearby shopping area where we had lunch and bought a few things for a in room dinner since our flight is very early. Just a few hours later (after being fully occupied the night before) they called me to say the room was ready and they were sending the shuttle for us. I would not hesitate to stay here again--I'd seek it out and would gladly refer others to it. We love the Hyatt Place rooms with a nice seating area, and the beds are always comfortable. I'm so impressed with how accommodating they have been and how welcome they made me feel.
I'm happy with the room layout - very spacious for my family of 5. Two queen beds and L-shaped couch, large living space with desk area. I was shocked to see av hookups (for business purposes?!) The size of the room is like a studio apartment rather than a hotel room. Front desk staff was also friendly
Rooms are a just a bit rundown, but very clean. Service was TREMENDOUS! Shoutout to Amanda who was incredibly kind and helpful with several late night check-ins after cancelled flights. She was fantastic!
